Privacy policy

Controller: Vitalii Mendel Garkavyi. The contact form requests first name, surname, email address, telephone number, area of interest and message content, together with the language of the page from which the enquiry is submitted.

Purpose and legal basis: form data are processed to handle and reply to the enquiry and, where appropriate, to take steps requested before a possible service relationship. The main legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject. Where applicable, subsequent processing may also be necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Security and abuse prevention: the system applies technical controls to limit automated or abusive submissions. For this purpose, an identifier cryptographically derived from the IP address may be stored temporarily; these technical records are automatically deleted after no more than 30 days.

Recipients and providers: contact-form data are not used for marketing campaigns or disclosed to third parties for that purpose. Technology providers strictly necessary for hosting, database and transactional email may process data. When Resend is configured to deliver form emails, the data necessary to deliver the message may be processed by Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) in the United States under the international-transfer safeguards described in the provider’s data processing agreement.

Retention: enquiry information is kept for as long as necessary to respond and, if a further relationship or legal obligation arises, for the applicable periods. Submitting the contact form does not automatically add a person to a marketing list.

Rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability through the contact email shown on this website. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Analytics: Google Analytics 4, if configured, is loaded only after analytics consent. Details about measurement technologies and how to change your choice are provided in the Cookie policy.

First-party anonymous measurement: after analytics consent, the website records the visited path, approximate country provided by the hosting infrastructure, browser language, traffic source and device type. It uses a random non-persistent identifier that is hashed on the server. The IP address, name and email address are not stored. Records are deleted after no more than 13 months.
